Add what CTA, Success Plan is being leveraged in a Playbook

It would be super helpful to be able to see what CTAs are leveraging a certain playbook. Right now unless everyone on the team is on par with being consistent with how CTAs are named and Playbooks are named, its a lot of clicks to see what is associated with what. 

For example, when you click on the ellipses on the right of the Playbook, there’s an option in the dropdown to see any items leveraging the Playbook- what CTAs, what Programs, Success Plans.
