Adding Fields in Segments

The issue mentioned here with adding fields is designed the same in Segments, and is also extremely painful there.  Segments was given as a workaround for not being able to clone queries in JO, but building out the segments more painful than building out the query additional times.  Wanted to make sure that this was on the list of areas that need improvement.
