Allow All Time range to be selected for Topic and Post Exports

However, it still is confusing in the UX why All time is an option for the User export, but not the Topic-based exports. It seems like a common parameter community managers might want.

I understand your point of view. On other hand, we believe that all-time topic-based exports should not happen too often, and for big and old communities it would be a huge dataset. That is why we decided to disable this default option and only allow manually type your date range and get this way the data for longer periods.
