It would be nice to allow our CSMs to upload/select their own Customer Branded PPT template when creating a Success Snapshot. Currently CSMs have to export and then copy and past a lot of info into the customer branded ppt for their QBRs.

This is coming :-)
Any idea when?
Andy - What do you mean by Customer Branded PPT? You mean from your customer - vs inContact branded? As Meenal said, we have a totally new and awesome Success Snapshot coming your way in a couple of weeks. That should get you so much closer to what you are after!
Awesome! I'm looking for a CSM who manages multiple accounts to be able to use their customer branded Powerpoint as the master slide deck for the Success Snapshot export so they do not have to copy and paste the current export into the powerpoint they use to show one customer and then a different branded powerpoint to show the next customer and so forth.
So I see success snapshots 2.0 but this does not give me what I want in this post. According to what was deployed I would have to go in and upload 2700 different ppts for each customer so the CSM can have their branded slide.
Team this did not hit the mark. As stated in my original post we need the ability for CSMs to basically export the Success Snapshot but apply their own customer branded Template. What was deployed was the ability for the admin to add in multiple templates but this is not scalable because not only does this exponentially increase the export dropdown it is completely umanageable to ask me to add 2700 customer branded templates to a EBR deck.
