At this time, there is only the ability to set a default value for null values in Activity Type when syncing from Salesforce to Gainsight. 

It would be a useful feature to be able to set a default value for all Activity Types coming in to give more options for our customers’ use. 

As an example:

I have a customer who has their default value for their Activity Type set to “Pricing Conversation”

The way it is set, any Null values from Salesforce will sync in with the type “Pricing Conversation” when loading to Gainsight.

However, when an activity comes in with the value “Meeting” from Salesforce, it stays a “Meeting” when being loaded to Gainsight.

My customer would like the ability to set all Activity Type values to “Pricing Conversation” in Gainsight, even when the Activity already has a value such as “Meeting” in Salesforce.
