We love Draft mode, as it is an easy way to update live engagements. Not only does it help with testing, but we can also update links in production engagements.

However, we recently discovered that if an engagement is launched in production, only someone with production launch permission can start draft mode. 

My proposal is that anyone with Engagements Manager permission can start draft mode and work on the draft. If the engagement is in production, then only someone with Production Launch permission can publish the draft.
