Allow for an additional custom message when awarding badges

When awarding badges in bulk to a group of users in /settings/badge/award it would be nice to be able to include an additional custom message about why we are awarding the badge. The message with the gamification provides a reason that’s generic and they may not be aware of why they got the badge.

    Thanks for sharing this idea @Scott Baldwin - do you have an example of the last time you wanted to add a specific custom message whilst awarding a badge to a cohort of users? That would be very helpful for me to understand why the generic message isn’t enough :).

    Sure do @daniel.boon we just awarded badges to a group of members that were part of an invite-only beta. Since some of them were part of more than one beta at the same time, it would have been nice to be able to communicate about what beta they were getting the badge for in addition to the generic message we already include with the badge.
