I'm working with an Admin who has enabled internal survey questions to gather feedback from the CSM team on why the NPS response was what it  was. This allows them to see in  one report the Customer's Response and context from the CSM from follow up conversations.



What they are running into is that once they answer the question and hit submit they no longer can edit the answer if they get additional context or if there is a grammar or spelling error. 



It would be great to allow edibility on internal question answers.

We are working on it and in the next release the fucntionlaity to edit/delete a survey response is coming.



@piyushmadhukar  is it also possible (or in the works) to reopen a survey response so that a contact can edit their submission?
