Allow "Links" like URLs in the Comments field in Customer 360

It will be helpful if we can store URLs in the Customer 360 Comments field. This will allow a user to store any relevant links in the comments field. The answer I got from the community does not solve my issue. That answer is at:

Hello @wmurthy, which edition are you using - SFDC or NXT? Today, it is possible in NXT as the Comments widget is of the type Rich Text Area.

@wmurthy This change in SFDC is not immediate road-map, I will update you here once we add this to our product backlog.
