We have a closed community with sign ups only coming through SSO. We have an issue where certain email domains or IP addresses are being rejected. A quick email to support will solve this, but that’s a poor experience for the client who tries logging into our help center for the first time. We solved the issue by adding additional SSO validation and removing IP checking all together, but ideally I could manage this on my side.

 

TLDR - want to be able to list and un-list banned emails and IP addresses
