If we know a member’s real name but not their user name, we may have trouble to identify them. Even if I can guess, sometimes I can’t be sure if e.g. “Paul” or “Paul_0” is the right one.

The dropdown suggestion box showing email next to the user name, and picking up email matches, would help with this.

Instances where I could use this:

• tag them in a post
• invite them to a group
• publishing an article on behalf of a colleague
