Username is the only one of these options that you cannot sort by.

Top users in Users Dashboard

I’d love to be able to sort this A-Z or Z-A like the other fields.

Thanks @DannyPancratz! What would be some use cases for you to be able to sort usernames alphabetically?

@Sebastian Here’s the use case that inspired this idea:

I track my super user point totals month-over-month in another spreadsheet with some other relevant program tracking.

My spreadsheet is easiest to sort A-Z or Z-A. But when I filter the User Dashboard to show me just the super users, I can’t match that up. As a result, it’s difficult to

Related Use Case #2

Our super user program is based on points earned in consecutive months. They need to hit 1.) a threshold of points for 3 consecutive months, and 2.) are expected to maintain that threshold once they hit super user status.

Give that Insided doesn’t offer a front end way for them to track their month-to-date points (vote for the idea below!), I’m manually pulling this via the use case above and providing them weekly updates.

Really this is a multi-fold problem / use case for front end points leaderboard that can be filtered by custom date intervals like the User Dashboard:

Once the week leaderboard resets, there’s no way to see how you (as a user) finished the week before. And there’s no way to look at other past intervals, just all time.

That undercuts the curiosity and competitiveness of users on your community who may want to look at leaderboard since they’ve joined or since they became more active. And for community mangers, it limits what you can do from a monthly/weekly competition standpoint, as users will need to be able to benchmark themselves.

But all that is a separate idea / appeal for building out the front end leaderboard… :)
