We can knock someone off a survey but it would be nice to be able to add someone to the exemption list easily/dynamically instead of having to upload a csv.
Allow survey exemption list to be a living list instead of a CSV

what could eb the reasons for someone to get into exclusion list apart from bad sentiment, churned, blacklisted.?
+1The main reason for us is we get emails from customers asking to be removed from a specific journey. We have journeys that are waveless meaning it is perpetual journey and the customer enters in every six months.
+1we are looking at providing on option to build custom exclusion lists that you can attach to a program. The feature request has been added to product backlog for priorotisation.
