Allow the ability to apply different weight to health categories depending on stage

We would like the ability to apply different weights based on the stage.  For example, if a customer is in implementation, then the Implementation category would have a weight of 60.   Once the customer moves into the stage of Live, then Implementation would drop to 0 and other categories would have a higher weight.    We have a work around in place, but it's very hard to predict health.

Is your work-around having multiple actions with criteria like stage = implementation and so on?

This is a great idea, I think alot of companies tend to treat their "early stage" customers different than their legacy customers.

Well, no.  Nothing that fancy.  We will weight Implementation higher, but once the stage is moved to Live, then Implementation will be set to N/A and the Implementation weight will be redistributed to the other categories.   Not ideal, but that's what we came up with.

Thanks for the feedback! We are planning to overhaul scorecards, and having the ability to add measures that make most sense to a customer stage is definitely in our radar. Stay tuned for further updates!
