The term “relationship” means nothing to most of our end users, so I’d rather replace that term with our own terminology. I can do this in a few places, such as the C360 relationship section and in reports, but there are many areas in the product where I have no control, and it’s frustrating, including: 

• “Relationship 360” banner in the top left of any R360
• “Relationship Name” - this is not editable in either the relationship card or list view in the C360 section
• “Search Companies and Relationships” search bar at the top of Gainsight

Basically we as admins should be able to change “relationship” in any end user facing capacity. Until that happens, our training and enablement team and admin team have to spend unnecessary time and energy explaining what “relationship” means to our end users.
