Posting this on behalf of a customer for an enhancement request.
When we create a load to milestones rule and if the criteria of the rule is matched in next scheduled runs, then the comments are duplicated and there is no way to prevent these just like how we do it for load to CTA rule
For load to milestones:
If we look at other action like load to CTA we were given an option to prevent duplication of comments like shown below:
For load to CTA:
This would become problematic as we can’t control duplication of comments within the product.
