This idea is related to the Horizon Analytics ideas posted here, but I think it deserves its own post.
I’d like to see the ability to insert tokens in Rich Text boxes. For example, our business has a need for something called an “Executive Briefing Document,” which is kind of a C360 on steroids that execs can access from a dashboard. The idea is that they can filter down to a single customer. What I’d like to be able to do is insert a token that would contain that customer’s name once it’s filtered. Here’s a mockup:
