In Analytics: It would be nice to be able to remove a user type. For Example, Employees vs Customers.  I would like to remove the Employee User Role in my reporting to better understand just how our customers are using the platform.

Hi @KellyBebenek ,

could you please say more about what exactly are you looking for? Employees vs Customers look like the custom roles you can use to filter out users from your dashboards.

Employees have a custom role but are also considered registered users.

Is there a way I can look at registered users but not the custom role of employee?

@KellyBebenek

If you select all custom roles except those used to tag employees ( and you do not select any main role) you should see data for nonemployees. Please let me know if it worked.
