For V3D challenge E1- visibility into At Risk customers that have upcoming renewals to ensure they are managed appropriately.

Ex. 1 -- Call to Action Object - Customers w/Upcoming Renewal w/Flagged Risk CTA

Object: Call to Action

Show Me: Account Name, Renewal Date, ARR, Call to Action Name, Reason Name, Due Date

Filters:
  1. Status | includes | New, Work in Progress
  2. CTA Type | equals | Risk
  3. isFlagged | equals | true
  4. Renewal Date | equals | Next 90 Days



Ex 2 -- Customers Object - Customers w/Upcoming Renewal w/Overall Health <50

Object: Customer

Show Me: Account Name, Renewal Date, ARR, Current Score Value

Filters:
  1. Renewal Date | equals | Next 90 Days
