Automatically assign success plan template.

Posting on behalf of customer. In the future it would be helpful for recurring Success Plans to have the ability to automatically assign a default template when creating a certain type of success plan.

    Hi Team,

    I’m adding some more details here. We have an EBR Success Plan with only one template, an EBR Template. We have an automation for assigning these Success Plans, but sometimes CSMs have to create them manually.

    When creating the Success Plan, CSM manually have to select the EBR template every time, although this is the only template that can be selected.

    Is there a way to automatically select the template in real time, if this is the only template that can be assigned to this specific Success Plan?
