Right now, you cannot add a relationship to a success plan after it is created. This causes issues for CSMs who may have forgotten to add at the start, or we determine a different relationship needs to be created after a plan has started.
A CSM has to completely redo the plan, and you are unable to transfer any Objectives or Timeline entries.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
