Adding the ability for our clients to resize the bot screen to their liking rather than just small or large would help our clients view the content and do the learned activities within the content, rather than read it, close it out, then try to remember what they read. We do not link out to other sites where content can be on additional screens.

There’s a configuration setting in the KC bot to allow customers to resize to any size they want. In the KC bot editor, on the Bot tab, under size, you can set the height and width. Select the Resizable check box.
