C360: The ability to define colors for each of summary boxes/widgets. Our Usage information is in a green box, which is misleading for customers with low adoption, and we have no way to change this today.

      We'd like to take this a step further and have color-coding on the cases based on a threshold.  So for instance, if there are more than 3 open cases, that widget/box would appear red so that at a glance, the CSM would know if that's an area they need to be aware of.
