I’d like to launch a badge and make the tooltip always visible rather than making it display on hover or click/hover. Is this possible? It would look something like this, and then the user would click to see a dialog.

With the existing design of the badge, there is no way to keep the tooltip displayed. Either we need to choose the option of click to display or hover to display, this can be treated as a Feature request, and thank you for posting this on community.
