Sometimes after receiving a best answer, a user will post another answer that is even better. However the best answer cannot be changed as of now. 

Hi @cbeac2432 - thanks for sharing your feedback. This idea appears to be a duplicate. However, one thing to point out: it is possible to change the best answer of a question via Control on the topic moderation page.
