Change the "phrase" after a user upvotes to reflect they have already voted on the idea

Currently on Ideas, if a user Upvotes the idea, the button can change colors based on your customization. However, the text, or “phrase” will remain the same whether you upvoted or not. This is confusing if you are coming back to an idea and can not remember if you voted or did not vote on this idea.

Ideally, the button would say “Upvote” if you have not voted, indicating that you can vote for the idea. If you have already voted for the idea, the button would say something like “Remove your Vote”.

I was just about to add this idea as well. I’d like to see this phrase added for the past tense of upvoting, so that communities can set custom phrases for the call to action (upvote) and the completed action (upvoted).

I’d imagine it would work similarly to other phrases that allow for plural versions. Or just a second phrase for after it is voted.
