I love comments in GS and in the Success Plans but its easy for me to lose sight of what I have commented on if I dont get a reply. I would love a hub/chat function that was organized by User and maybe by different types of of comments:
Adoption
Risk
Timeline Comments
It would also be helpful if there was a “read” functionality so we could see and confirm the person tagged read the comment.
