I am creating this on behalf of one of our customers.
For BCC to timeline feature, when we add users present in MDA user object or the users of same domain, those users are automatically classified as internal attendees when timelines were created in Gainsight.
It would be great if you could implement the same functionality for emails logged using chrome/outlook plugins as well.

yes, we do have same feature in Chrome/Outlook plugin.
