Our CS team uses email logs in C360 to understand how customers are engaging with email. 

We have various teams sending emails through journey orchestrator, so it’s important for CS teams to be able to review the actual content the email log is referring to. 


Ideally they could click the template name in the email log table and view the email template.

This would super helpful for our CSMs so they feel prepared going into conversations and won’t be caught off guard by the customer bringing up something from an email. We don’t want everything available to send again via Gainsight Assist.


@andreammelde and @mglarocca thanks for sharing it here. There are lot of new changes happening in JO, let me check whether this part of it. 


We are planning to give the capability to add JO emails in Timeline. We will also add the feature to preview full content from there.
