The screenshot is an example of what functionality would be helpful to have for Programs. Ideally, when a Conditional Wait is added there would be additional options to allow the customer to continue on a secondary path before the path ends or potentially continues up to the main journey.
Purpose is to account for reality of customers having many different paths within a customer journey and being able to manage it all within one program. Currently, we often have to create a few separate programs to account for main paths a customer might need for successful onboarding to a product.
