We use Okta for SSO. Gainsight PX by far has the shortest logout time of all the apps I’ve used - to the point where I’ll be working on something, go to take a short break, then I’ll have been logged out and have lost some work. It would be nice if this time to logout was longer or even better, configurable, by an admin.

Commenting in hopes of bringing this to light. As an admin I login 5+ times a day and I am now getting word from my regular users that they have now adopted the platform enough that they are also being impacted by this.
Back of the envelope math of what it is costing my staff per day to simply log into Gainsight.
50 daily active users * 0.25 minutes * 4 logins a day = 50 minutes
