We use Okta for SSO. Gainsight PX by far has the shortest logout time of all the apps I’ve used - to the point where I’ll be working on something, go to take a short break, then I’ll have been logged out and have lost some work. It would be nice if this time to logout was longer or even better, configurable, by an admin.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
