Consistent Stickiness when using filters

Hi Team,

Can we please ensure that we have consistent behaviour w.r.t to stickiness across the product.

Example when on the rule listing page, I search for a rule name and later comeback to the same page, the page shows me filtered rules that I had searched for earlier.

In the Data Designer listing page the behaviour is different. Every time I land on the page it shows me list of all the design’s and I have to search every time.
