Content Helpfulness: Hide low percentages in frontend

In the Control Panel, we can configure and customize the Content Helpfulness (helpfulness/index). For example we can decide if we want to show the “Helpfulness indicator”, i.e. we can decide if we want to show the percentage or not.

We feel that users might be more inclined to give a downvote, when the current helpfulness indicator shows a low percentage. That’s why we propose an option to hide the helpfulness indicator in the frontend as long as it is below a certain threshold, e.g. under 30%. This way, we think users are more likely to vote without a negative bias.
