Control: provide more robust filtering options beyond selection and AND logic

Today you can find content that matches a tag, but it’s all AND logic. You can use OR logic or locate content that is missing a value.

    Hi @Scott Baldwin! Could you share some details of workflows the OR logic would enable for the community team? I can think of several benefits, but would love to hear from you and others the specific use cases that you would benefit from. Thanks a lot!

    @Cristina I think this idea was created based on an earlier discussion elsewhere, but for the life of me I can’t seem to find it in the community or in my emails 🤷‍♂️ and the suggestion from that was to add it as an idea. 

    Some thoughts that immediately come to mind:

    • find all content that has this tag OR this tag -- could see us using this to locate like minded content where we could  consider merging some tags
    • find all content where no tag has been set
