Create a report on how often email tasks are actually sent to timeline vs. just checked as complete

When we close an email assist task manually, we don’t log it to the timeline eventhough the below option is turned on.

 

 

So, the usecase here is how many email tasks are logged to timeline compared to how many tasks are completed.

    @sai33335 If this config is turned on, then the email will be logged in Timeline after the email is sent via email assist. If the task is closed without sending the email then it will not be logged.
