Create both new Contacts/Persons in Gainsight AND CRM (Hubspot)

We are using Gainsight and Hubspot and we want to create Persons as well in Gainsight and sync them in Hubspot AND our sales team are creating Persons in Hubspot and we need to have them sync in Gainsight (this way is working so far). 

Is there anyone already doing it both ways ?

Hi @mandy.j , thank you this question. We have got similar requests from other customers as well. We don’t have bi-directional sync with Hubspot in our near term roadmap yet. We will keep you updated as soon as we receive more upvotes on this and prioritise this request.

We are Releasing Hubspot Enhancements as part of April 2023 Release. With this, we will be delivering below features :

  1. Ingest Hubspot Engagements with Gainsight Timeline.
  2. Writeback data into from Gainsight to Company and Contact Object in Hubspot.

I can see this use case will be covered as part of these enhancements.
