Create engagement step from scratch

Often when I create an engagement, I don’t want to start with one of the templates. I end up choosing a random one and then deleting all the information and replacing it. It’d be nice to start with a blank step.

    This is a good suggestion!  You probably already figured this out, but for the benefit of others as well…

     

    You could create a new Engagement, remove all (or most) of the content from the necessary step(s), save it, and then use the “save as template” option with a name such as “Blank Dialog Template” or “Blank Slider Template”, etc.  This will at least speed up your process a little bit.
