Often community members will reach out with private information they don’t want to share in a topic or thread. In some cases those require a ticket to be opened in Zendesk with our support team. It would be helpful if integrations could be extended to work with DMs not just topics. This would include any integration pushing content to another system — Zendesk, Productboard, etc.

Nice idea @Scott Baldwin - since launching how often have you / your team members encountered this situation, and is it more often that you see a need to escalate to support (e.g. Zendesk) or save valuable feedback (e.g. Productboard)?

So far 13 times. 7 have been ZD, 6 have been Productboard.
