Our CSMs have been receiving email notifications for every timeline activity that they log. This creates a lot of noise for them in their inbox and they want an option to stop the notifications. I’d like to request a setting in GS to turn off email notifications for timeline activities that they log.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
