Might just be me, but I’d like the ability to hide the types that don’t have open items in the CTA and Success Plan widgets. We have a ton of CTA Types, and so displaying them all in the section requires you to scroll. I think it would look cleaner to hide the ones without a currently open CTA.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
