CTA color coding by priority rather than type
+5I think it makes more sense to let customers use their CTA priority colors as a way to organize the List View, rather than CTA type colors. (Since CTA types are not customizable and neither are the colors.) To me, the red/yellow/green colors from the CTA types imply a priority which may not be relevant to the particular CTA.

+1It is already in our plan to remove RYG scheme to represent a CTA type. We also do not intend to use RYG scheme for CTA priority. RYG scheme will be used only to represent Customer Health.
We will provide an option to Group CTA by Priority and by that way make it easier to identify CTA by priority and act on them.
