Would be nice if the CTA window could be popped out as separate window and/or resized to provide more visibility and room for data entry.
This is actually a blocker to adoption here at atehnahealth. CSMs need more window space to see and update all of the sections of the CTA. If this could "pop-out" similar to the way Timeline Activities do, it would be a huge win!


This also applies to Success Plans!

Thanks for sharing the feedback. We are working on redesigning Cockpit in our NXT edition & we plan to address the concern that the space available for CTA detail is not sufficient. We are increasing the width of the CTA detail pane to take a larger proportion of the screen width. Also, this will be responsive and the width will change based on the screen size….if the screen size is below a threshold the CTA detail will take over the full screen vs opening in a small third pane. We will also enhance the CTA detail to a two-column layout so that more information can be displayed upfront. 

We will be working on redesigning Success Plans as well soon and we will make sure to address this concern in Success Plans as well

Happy to announce that we have redesigned Cockpit, powered by Gainsight Horizon experience, as part of the v6.18 release. The enhanced Cockpit has the following new capabilities:

  • Update any CTA details directly from the Cockpit List View & Detail View pages by clicking on the field.
  • View the details of a CTA easily with Improved readability of fields, Two Column Layout, and Responsive width based on the screen size to the CTA Detail View page.
  • Tasks are displayed in a separate tab in the CTA Detail View screen, instead of an expand/collapse option in the Cockpit List View page. 
  • A new list view column is added to show the standard fields upfront. This option enables users to add any number of columns to the Cockpit List View page.
  • Reorder columns and sort on columns directly on the Cockpit List View page.
  • Filtering is much easier with a Basic and Advanced view creation experience.
  • Update/Apply filters directly from the Cockpit List View page. 
  • The color-coding of the Type, Status, and Reason columns are now based on admin colors defined.
  • The profile pictures of the users added to the User Management or My Profile page can be seen on the Cockpit page.

This feature is implemented in only the NXT version.
