Current Health Score value as an option for visible feilds when searching

Under Search Configuration for Company/Relationship, we cannot add the current health score value as a visible field when searching records.

There is a string value for Current Score and Previous Score (GSID) but not the numeric value or label which would be a helpful reference when using the search bar.

    @john_apple we have been thinking about this, and there does not seem to be a very easy way to do this in the current infra. We have added it to our roadmap, but it will like take atleast 2 quarters before we can pick it up.
