Customer has a tool which generates JSON files and would like their CSM's to be able to upload this file in Gainsight at the relationship level. From there they would like this to sync over with S3 as entry point into their data pipeline.
Currently, we only support CSV/TSV and we do not have an option to upload the JSON at this moment. So, if we can support uploading JSON it will be helpful for the customer so that they can send to the designated S3 bucket.
