Would love to see the capability of sending a full dataset refresh from Salesforce to Gainsight. GS Support indicated that there is not currently a way for data deleted and refreshed in Salesforce to auto-delete and refresh in Gainsight.
“Gainsight can only read the data and performs the sync with an Upsert/Update conditions.”
A full refresh would work as Delete All and then Load All data.
