We have a ton of CTAs with tasks and have automatic email notifications configured. However SMs do not get daily email notifications telling them what they have due each day/week.

Seems like you could use co-pilot for this. Have you gone down that route?

We could use this functionality, especially for when you create a CTA and assign tasks to other people. Unless those users login and check cockpit they may have no idea they have tasks due.
Create a powerlist out of CSTask where the task status is not completed and due date is today.
Send an outreach with this, so that the user gets to know the list of tasks opened (Use the field "Count of Id") to show how many tasks are open for that account.
Only problem here is, users gets a separate email for each account where there are atleast one task due.

Hi Sundar. I understand that as a workaround but don't think that will necessarily solve our need here.
Harris, I get the point, will consider this for future enhancements in Cockpit.
