Currently, the C360 People List defaults to showing both active and inactive contacts on the ‘All Status’ list. This leaves room for CSMs to unintentionally send communication to contacts that are no longer with the company. It would be helpful to have the option to default the C360 People List to the ‘Active’ list.

Totally agree. Over the years a lot of contacts have shifted positions & companies, and may not be relevant anymore to the ever-growing People List. It would be the most optimal to be able to change which view is default from admin side, but otherwise having Active as default as opposed to All Status makes sense to us.
