In Adoption Explorer layouts - Can we show a tool tip kind of functionality upon hovering, which would show the description of that section(report) to the users?

To build on that, having a static description right under the title of the section or under the chart would also be great! The ability to edit the legend items would also be helpful as sometimes the names given in PX by Product are not as clear to someone reviewing a report in CS.
This has now been implemented by adding a i icon which shows on hover or click the description of the usage section. Please see the attached screenshot
