Hi Everyone,

In Px, Currently we deal with lot of Custom event rules as the Audience criteria. For these Custom events we can add the properties as well. Like the below image,

As we can see in the above image, while using the custom events, we can have the properties like Event occurred and Times Occurred. But we have a limitation of not having the “Did not occur” property.

There could be some use cases for all of us where we need to have a use case like “Custom event did not trigger/occur in last 1 day”. Just like the Occurring property it would be really helpful if we have did not occur property as well.

Again, We can solve the most of the Use cases by setting up the logics we have, But it is like we have to go through more than 2-3 logics to achieve a single logic. Which is not efficient way.

This “did not occur” property we can use for Product mapper Rules as well.

NOTE: This Custom event properties are not applicable for In-Apps. It would be really helpful if we can have it for In-App engagements as well.
