I have a prospect looking for different health score models based on customer segments. Can I get a sense of timeline for this?

Hi Tushar,

Can you explain a little bit more about the prospect and how do they divide customer segments? This use case of supporting multiple scorecards is high on our priority list. With regards to the timeline, I will have a better answer for you next week.

They divide customer segments based on ARR.
Example: If ARR < 15K, then set score for all small account and if ARR > 15K, set score for all large accounts. For large and small accounts, they will have different health score measures.
